We will not ask you to pay anything until the work is completely finished. When we have your order ready, we will send you a work summary with the final count, price, and payment method. Also, you will only pay for digitizations that meet optimal quality. If they are out of focus, deteriorated, overexposed, or affected by any other cause that prevents optimal image viewing, Digitalizatodo will not charge you for that frame, but we will include it in your order, as we consider that all memories are something special for their owner.

Of course you can. We use the NACEX courier service, which allows us to constantly track your shipments. But if you prefer, you can personally bring us your memories. In the contact section you have our address, phone number, emails, and office hours. We are waiting for you.

In our slide digitization systems we use the «SUPER COOLSCAN 5000» scanner with the «SF-210» adapter. All slides must be digitized in the same orientation, both in emulsion position and horizontal placement. We review each slide one by one and give it the orientation supported by our scanners. We offer the service of flipping or rotating vertical slides, but with a small additional cost of €0.05 per slide. This is something that can be done with any editing program and it is not commonly requested; if this is your case, let us know when requesting a quote.

Yes, our digitizers and the software we use include automatic correction of brightness, contrast, and color. If the photographs are very deteriorated over time, we also have our photo restoration service.

It is not necessary, our courier company will pick up your memories to be digitized wherever you tell us, whether at your home, office… You can also send us the material by your own means or come by to hand it over.
